Userclub, réunion d’utilisateurs, Anwendertreffen 2023.

As every year, Lignocam userclub meetings were held face-to-face for European customers and via Teams for the rest of our customers.

This is a unique opportunity for Lignocam to present the new features developed in the new version and to find out about the requests for the next version. Each customer expresses themselves freely and receives a response, both from Lignocam and from other users. It’s a very rewarding debate for everyone. Under these conditions, the result can only be acceptable. In this way, Lignocam and its customers make optimum progress.

In 2023, Lignocam had the immense pleasure of welcoming 260 technicians. We would like to thank them warmly for their presence. We would also like to thank cadwork, Sema, Dietrich’s and Hsbcad for coming along to support our joint customers.

Naturally, we would like to extend our warmest thanks to our partners Krüsi, Technowood and the BFH Berner Hochschule for their warm welcome.

The userclub series has begun:

On 17 January 2023 with Krüsi,in Schönengrund.

for users of MC-15 and Lignamatic machines

Followed by :

Technowood, on 18 and 19 January 2023, at Alt St. Moritz. Johann

for users of TwMillE, TwMillM/C, Twoods and TwAgil machines..

Our customers in New Zealand, Japan and the United States found us online on 2 February 2023.

On 7 February 2023 in Paris, despite the strike, a fine bunch of hard-working users took part in the userclub, all machines included.

At short notice, we launched a Teams session for customers prevented from attending by the strike. A great experience, but no substitute for a face-to-face meeting with a good meal.

The most recent meetings took place :

On 9 and 10 February 2023 in Biel, at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH).

With users of all types of machine, but with a predominance of CNC joinery machines.

A memorable year after the health crisis and the absence of face-to-face meetings.

We’re already looking forward to repeating the experience. Why change a formula that has worked for over 20 years?

Vevey, 22.05.2023, Jean Roulier, CEO
